Concept Flats presents Bed Time Suites by Concept Flats, two fully equipped apartments that aim to combine the best of two worlds: the standard of service of a hotel with the comfort of being in your own home.
In addition to an excellent location, just 450 meters from the Historic Center of the City, the apartments have everything you need so you only have to bring your toothbrush, all with the commitment to quality and excellence of Concept Flats.

THE SPACE
We have high-speed fiber optic WIFI where you can easily combine work with leisure enjoying everything that the city of Valencia offers you. The apartment also has a Smart TV if you wish to relax at the end of your day. In our equipped kitchen, you will have everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner: fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. The apartment also has sheets, towels, hairdryer, and amenities.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood has all the necessary services for complete comfort at your fingertips: supermarkets, pharmacies, leisure, terraces... You can immerse yourself in the authentic local life and discover the tapas bars and restaurants that offer the best of Valencian gastronomy and be seduced by the history and culture that is breathed in every corner.
You will enjoy a privileged location, just 450 meters from the City Center, entering it through one of the gates of the medieval wall that remains to this day: the Torres de Serranos.
You will also have the "Pont de Fusta" Metro station, which is a two-minute walk away and will allow you to reach other points of interest in the city, such as the beach. In addition, bus line 95 will connect you directly to the City of Arts and Sciences.
Bed Time Suites by Clink is just 100 meters from the Turia River Gardens, the Valencian green lung that crosses the entire city and is the perfect place to enjoy nature, go for walks, hiking or cycling, and disconnect in the reference natural area that attracts both tourists and residents.
GETTING AROUND THE AREA
- Metro/tram: "Pont de Fusta" station (line 4) is less than a 2-minute walk away.
- Buses: Bus line 95 will take you directly to the extensive beach of Las Arenas or Malvarrosa. You will also have circular buses C2 and C3 and lines 6, 11, 26, and 94 within 100 meters of the apartment.
- Transfer: we know that this is not the most sustainable option for getting around but we also understand that in certain cases, it is necessary. If you need it, we offer this service; you just have to request it.

Parties are not allowed.
Respect the neighbours. Keep the volume at a tolerable level, both inside the house and in common areas. Rest hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Any undue noise level or intolerable behaviour towards any of our neighbours will be penalised and guests will be asked to leave the property without refund of the amount paid for the reservation or any financial compensation.
Check-in is at 4pm but we will try to adapt to you. Please let us know your arrival time so we can organise ourselves and have the apartment ready. Normally the check-out time is before 11am, unless you agree with me on another time.
Check-ins between 9pm and midnight have a 20 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-in from midnight to 9 am will incur a 40 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the property.
Please do not forget to turn off the air conditioning / heating when you leave the house. Let's respect the environment!
Upon your departure, please return all the sets of keys delivered to us.
Any loss of a set of keys will incur a cost of 50 euros. Likewise, if you have to go to the house because some keys have been left inside, there will be an additional charge of 20 euros.
If after checking out, any personal items are left in the apartment, we will keep them for 48 hours and the guests will be responsible for shipping them. After 48 hours, the company will proceed to remove them.
Please take care of the house as if it were yours.

I wanted to share a few observations and recommendations regarding the apartment that may need some attention:
Kitchen equipment: The cutlery is quite limited — there is no bread knife, and the pots and pans do not seem suitable for the induction see more

Kitchen equipment: The cutlery is quite limited — there is no bread knife, and the pots and pans do not seem suitable for the induction hob. For example, it currently takes around 13 minutes to boil a pan of water. Waste bags: There was only one waste bag provided for the bin. For a one‑week stay, it would be helpful to have a few more. Toilet: The toilet is not securely fixed to the floor, which causes it to wobble and make noises when in use. This could eventually lead to leakage if not addressed. Bathroom: It would improve comfort if there were more places to hang towels, as there is currently only one small towel rack. Wi‑Fi connectivity: The internet connection in the back rooms of the apartment is quite weak, likely because the router is positioned outside the apartment. Installing a second Wi‑Fi access point toward the back of the unit could help improve coverage. These improvements would make a noticeable difference in comfort and functionality.
