We have high-speed fiber optic WIFI where you can easily combine work with leisure, enjoying everything the city of Valencia has to offer. The apartment also has a Smart TV if you want to relax at the end of your day. In our fully equipped kitchen, you will have everything you need to prepare from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner: refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, water kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. The apartment also includes sheets, towels, hair dryer, and amenities.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood where you can immerse yourself in the authentic essence of the city, with numerous bars, restaurants, and terraces, where you can enjoy delicious tapas, paellas, and local dishes. Within a few minutes walking, you will find several bus stops that will take you to different points of the city. The nearest metro station is also just a few steps away and connects you with key areas of Valencia. If you prefer to move by bicycle, Valencia has an excellent rental system that will allow you to explore the city at your own pace. Additionally, the city center is just a 20-minute walk away, ideal for a stroll where you will discover charming streets and some of the main attractions of Valencia. And, if you enjoy walking, the Turia Gardens, known as the Valencian green lung, is perfect for a morning run or a relaxing afternoon walk. You will also be a 10-minute walk from the Viveros Gardens, which has the oldest gardens in the city as well as different types of vegetation and sculptures.
• Metro/tram: Orriols station (line 6) located 200 meters away
• Buses: 6, 16 and 26 (to go to Carmen if you don't want to walk and to Turia River Bed), 11 to go to City Hall Square, C3, 11 and 95 (to go to City of Arts and Sciences) and the tram to the beach.
• Transfer: we know that this is not the most sustainable option for moving around, but we also understand that in certain cases, it is necessary. If you need it, we offer this service; you just have to request it.

Parties are not allowed.
Respect the neighbours. Keep the volume at a tolerable level, both inside the house and in common areas. Rest hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Any undue noise level or intolerable behaviour towards any of our neighbours will be penalised and guests will be asked to leave the property without refund of the amount paid for the reservation or any financial compensation.
Check-in is at 4pm but we will try to adapt to you. Please let us know your arrival time so we can organise ourselves and have the apartment ready. Normally the check-out time is before 11am, unless you agree with me on another time.
Check-ins between 9pm and midnight have a 20 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-in from midnight to 9 am will incur a 40 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the property.
Please do not forget to turn off the air conditioning / heating when you leave the house. Let's respect the environment!
Upon your departure, please return all the sets of keys delivered to us.
Any loss of a set of keys will incur a cost of 50 euros. Likewise, if you have to go to the house because some keys have been left inside, there will be an additional charge of 20 euros.
If after checking out, any personal items are left in the apartment, we will keep them for 48 hours and the guests will be responsible for shipping them. After 48 hours, the company will proceed to remove them.
Please take care of the house as if it were yours.
