In addition to an excellent location, in the historic Marchalenes neighborhood, our tourist apartment is the perfect refuge to explore everything Valencia has to offer. The loft has everything you need so you just have to bring your toothbrush and you can enjoy Valencia without worrying about anything.

We have WIFI via high speed fibre optics where you can easily combine work and leisure while enjoying all that the city of Valencia has to offer. The flat also has Smart TV in case you want to relax at the end of your day. In our fully equipped kitchen you will have everything you need to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner: fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, crockery, etc. The loft also has sheets, towels, hairdryer and amenities.

Located in the Marchalenes neighbourhood, in the emblematic district of La Zaidía, it offers all the necessary services for complete comfort at your fingertips: restaurants, bars, leisure, or terraces... You will be less than 10 minutes walk from the Turia River gardens, the Valencian green lung that crosses the entire city, the perfect place to enjoy nature, go for walks, hiking or cycling and disconnect in the natural reference area that attracts both tourists and residents.
In just a 15-minute walk, you will be in the historic centre of Valencia. You will arrive in the El Carmen neighbourhood, where you can immerse yourself in authentic local life as you stroll through the quaint streets of the district and discover the tapas bars and restaurants that offer the best of Valencian gastronomy and be seduced by the history and culture that can be found around every corner.
HOW TO GET AROUND THE AREA
The flat has an excellent location just 15' walk from the Historic Centre, but you will also have the bus stops C3, 60 and 64 that will allow you to get to other parts of the city; as well as the Metro stop "Transits" which is less than 5 minutes walk away and will take you directly to the beach.

Parties are not allowed.
Respect the neighbours. Keep the volume at a tolerable level, both inside the house and in common areas. Rest hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Any undue noise level or intolerable behaviour towards any of our neighbours will be penalised and guests will be asked to leave the property without refund of the amount paid for the reservation or any financial compensation.
Check-in is at 4pm but we will try to adapt to you. Please let us know your arrival time so we can organise ourselves and have the apartment ready. Normally the check-out time is before 11am, unless you agree with me on another time.
Check-ins between 9pm and midnight have a 20 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-in from midnight to 9 am will incur a 40 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the property.
Please do not forget to turn off the air conditioning / heating when you leave the house. Let's respect the environment!
Upon your departure, please return all the sets of keys delivered to us.
Any loss of a set of keys will incur a cost of 50 euros. Likewise, if you have to go to the house because some keys have been left inside, there will be an additional charge of 20 euros.
If after checking out, any personal items are left in the apartment, we will keep them for 48 hours and the guests will be responsible for shipping them. After 48 hours, the company will proceed to remove them.
Please take care of the house as if it were yours.
