THE SPACE
We have WIFI via high speed fibre optics where you can easily combine work and leisure while enjoying all that the city of Valencia has to offer. The flat also has Smart TV in case you want to relax at the end of your day. In our fully equipped kitchen you will have everything you need to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner: fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, crockery, etc. The loft also has sheets, towels, hairdryer and amenities.
DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood offers all the necessary services for a complete comfort at your fingertips: restaurants, bars, leisure, or terraces... You can immerse yourself in the authentic local life and discover the tapas bars and restaurants that offer the best of Valencian gastronomy and let yourself be seduced by the history and culture that is breathed in every corner.
In addition to its proximity to the Palacio de Congresos, our flat also offers easy access to the city's main attractions. From the modern City of Arts and Sciences to the historic Town Hall Square or the long Malvarrosa beach, everything is within easy reach thanks to the proximity of the Beniferri metro station, which is less than a 3-minute walk away.
Our flat is also ideal for those attending conferences or exhibitions at the Palau de Congresos.... Imagine being able to walk to your event! Still, whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, our flat offers the perfect combination of comfort and location.
GETTING AROUND THE AREA
The flat has an excellent location just a 20' walk from the city centre, but you will also have the "Beniferri" metro stop less than 3 minutes walk away, which will allow you to reach other points of interest in the city such as the Old Town and the beach; or the 94 bus line that will take you directly to the City of Arts and Sciences.

Parties are not allowed.
Respect the neighbours. Keep the volume at a tolerable level, both inside the house and in common areas. Rest hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Any undue noise level or intolerable behaviour towards any of our neighbours will be penalised and guests will be asked to leave the property without refund of the amount paid for the reservation or any financial compensation.
Check-in is at 4pm but we will try to adapt to you. Please let us know your arrival time so we can organise ourselves and have the apartment ready. Normally the check-out time is before 11am, unless you agree with me on another time.
Check-ins between 9pm and midnight have a 20 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-in from midnight to 9 am will incur a 40 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the property.
Please do not forget to turn off the air conditioning / heating when you leave the house. Let's respect the environment!
Upon your departure, please return all the sets of keys delivered to us.
Any loss of a set of keys will incur a cost of 50 euros. Likewise, if you have to go to the house because some keys have been left inside, there will be an additional charge of 20 euros.
If after checking out, any personal items are left in the apartment, we will keep them for 48 hours and the guests will be responsible for shipping them. After 48 hours, the company will proceed to remove them.
Please take care of the house as if it were yours.
