The studios have everything you need so you only need to bring your toothbrush, all with the Concept Flats commitment to quality and excellence.
It has an excellent location, just 15 minutes walk from the City Centre, and you will also have a metro stop at the same door that will allow you to reach in just two stops the main tourist attractions and shopping of the city (bullring, Calle Colon, Cathedral, Central Market, ...).
Cid 90 Flats are located 200 metres from the Turia River gardens, the Valencian green lung that crosses the entire city, the perfect place to enjoy nature, go for walks, hiking or cycling and disconnect in the natural reference area that attracts both tourists and residents.

Parties are not allowed.
Respect the neighbours. Keep the volume at a tolerable level, both inside the house and in common areas. Rest hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Any undue noise level or intolerable behaviour towards any of our neighbours will be penalised and guests will be asked to leave the property without refund of the amount paid for the reservation or any financial compensation.
Check-in is at 4pm but we will try to adapt to you. Please let us know your arrival time so we can organise ourselves and have the apartment ready. Normally the check-out time is before 11am, unless you agree with me on another time.
Check-ins between 9pm and midnight have a 20 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-in from midnight to 9 am will incur a 40 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the property.
Please do not forget to turn off the air conditioning / heating when you leave the house. Let's respect the environment!
Upon your departure, please return all the sets of keys delivered to us.
Any loss of a set of keys will incur a cost of 50 euros. Likewise, if you have to go to the house because some keys have been left inside, there will be an additional charge of 20 euros.
If after checking out, any personal items are left in the apartment, we will keep them for 48 hours and the guests will be responsible for shipping them. After 48 hours, the company will proceed to remove them.
Please take care of the house as if it were yours.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .

-I was not provided with a complaint form for the city which I requested more than once.
-On day 1 we stayed in a smaller accommodation due to maintenance problems, which was also closer to the street and therefore much noisier. We were told we woulsee more

-On day 1 we stayed in a smaller accommodation due to maintenance problems, which was also closer to the street and therefore much noisier. We were told we would be refunded. I have yet to receive any confirmation about when or how much that refund will be for. -On day 2 we were moved into the accommodation we had originally booked, Cid 90 (which features a plant and two extra pieces of furniture in the photo. these items were not present in real life). However, the drain for the shower was not working, so we had to use all the extra towels to mop up the water, which had spilled all over the bathroom floor after just one short shower. Thus I was not able to shower that night, despite looking forward to one all day. -At 2AM the water boiler (which makes random ambient sounds all the time anyway because it's in the same room with you) started beeping incessantly and would not stop until I got up (quite startled!) to press 'OK' to the message that it had somehow malfunctioned. It took me quite some time to get back to . When I mentioned this along with the drainage problem to the staff the next morning, they sent someone to fix both, but didn't seem able to offer anything other than an apology for what I considered a pretty awful situation...it's not exactly my idea of starting a relaxing vacation to have a new problem in the apartment to deal with every 6-12 hours... |
