THE SPACE
The accommodation has 8 double or quadruple rooms, designed to adapt to different travel needs.
All have private bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy during your stay.
Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway or a few days to explore the area, you will find a space to rest after a day outdoors.
THE SURROUNDINGS
You will stay in Venta del Moro, a village in the interior of Valencia linked to the landscapes of the Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park and the wine-making tradition of Utiel-Requena.
The surroundings invite you to discover hiking routes, landscapes along the Cabriel river and natural corners where you can enjoy the outdoors. An ideal proposal for those who want to combine rest and activities in nature.
If you are looking to add excitement to your stay, our adventure sports packages will allow you to discover the area in a different way.
The region also offers wine tourism experiences to learn about its vineyards, visit wineries and discover the wines of the area. You can complete your getaway with local gastronomy and walks through the surrounding villages.
HOW TO GET AROUND
To explore the surroundings with flexibility, we recommend having your own vehicle. This way you can organise visits to other villages, wineries and different starting points for nature trails.
The hiking routes allow you to discover part of the surroundings on foot. Choose the route according to its duration and difficulty to enjoy an experience adapted to your pace.

Parties are not allowed.
Respect the neighbours. Keep the volume at a tolerable level, both inside the house and in common areas. Rest hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Any undue noise level or intolerable behaviour towards any of our neighbours will be penalised and guests will be asked to leave the property without refund of the amount paid for the reservation or any financial compensation.
Check-in is at 4pm but we will try to adapt to you. Please let us know your arrival time so we can organise ourselves and have the apartment ready. Normally the check-out time is before 11am, unless you agree with me on another time.
Check-ins between 9pm and midnight have a 20 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-in from midnight to 9 am will incur a 40 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the property.
Please do not forget to turn off the air conditioning / heating when you leave the house. Let's respect the environment!
Upon your departure, please return all the sets of keys delivered to us.
Any loss of a set of keys will incur a cost of 50 euros. Likewise, if you have to go to the house because some keys have been left inside, there will be an additional charge of 20 euros.
If after checking out, any personal items are left in the apartment, we will keep them for 48 hours and the guests will be responsible for shipping them. After 48 hours, the company will proceed to remove them.
Please take care of the house as if it were yours.
