These apartments are spacious and thoughtfully furnished with attention to detail so that you will feel right at home.
The main bedrooms have a queen size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and abundant space to store clothing and suitcases.
The sofa-bed in the living room provides extra space for two people, ideal for families or two pairs.
In the front, there is a small terrace with the door to the pedestrian plaza, making it ideal for extending the day on summer nights.
The kitchens are extensively equipped with everything necessary for your stay: refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, water kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.
The bathrooms include hairdryers and amenities.
The apartments include a temperature control pump for cooling and heating, smart TV, clothes washer, and 1 GB fibre optic WIFI.


Located in a beautiful pedestrian in the emblematic Barrio del Cabañal, you will be less than a 15 minute walk to the Las Arenas Beach, where you will always find a lively atmosphere and abundant culinary options.
A mere 20 minute walk will bring you to the Polytechnic University or the Royal Marina. Other popular tourist attractions like the Oceanographic Aquarium and the City of the Sciences are a pleasant 30 minute walk away.
The area offers many services that a tourist needs and expects (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.). If you wish to be immersed in the culture of the city just like the locals, you can go shopping at the nearby Mercat del Cabanyal, where you will find typical local products throughout the stalls.


With more than 300 days of sun per year, Valencia is an ideal walking city. We recommend that you immerse yourself in its barrios. In any case, if you wish to use public transportation the following options are available:
• Just 3 minutes walking from the apartments is the Cabanyal Rail Station, from which you can quickly arrive at the heart of the city centre.
• Just 10 minutes walking from the apartments is the Maritim-Serreria Metro Stop, with direct connections to the Valencia Airport and the historic centre of Valencia.
• The apartments are 300 metres from bus lines 99, 31 and 32, which serve both the city centre and the beach.
If you wish to arrive by car, you can park at the Mercat del Cabanyal public parking garage located 400 metres from the apartments. Open 24/7 with daily rates available.
• We offer a transfer service from the airport and main city stations to the apartments.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of the Fuensanta neighbourhood, with its own identity and an authentic, family-friendly atmosphere, away from the tourist hustle and bustle but with everything at hand.

One of the great advantages of this location is the proximity to BIOPARC Valencia, one of Europe's most innovative zoos, which recreates the natural habitats of Africa and is home to over 4,000 animals. Getting there from the apartment is as simple as taking a walk or catching one of the EMT buses that stop practically at the park's entrance.

Just a few minutes away you will also find Cabecera Park and the gardens of the old Turia riverbed, perfect for walking, cycling or simply disconnecting in the heart of urban nature. From here, the Turia cycle path takes you comfortably to the city centre, the Fine Arts Museum, the Palau de la Música or the City of Arts and Sciences.

The neighbourhood has all the everyday services just a few steps away: local shops, cafés, bakeries and market areas. A perfect location to experience the most authentic Valencia with comfort and peace of mind.

MOVE AROUND THE AREA

🚶‍♂️ A pie
The area is very pleasant for walking: the Fuensanta neighbourhood has quiet, well-connected streets, and from the apartment you can reach the BIOPARC, Cabecera Park or access the Turia cycle path in just a few minutes. Valencia is a compact city that invites you to explore it on foot.

🚌 Urban buses
In the surroundings of Rey Saud Street there are several EMT bus stops a few minutes' walk away. From them you can take lines such as 95, 98 and 99, which connect directly with the BIOPARC, the historic centre, cultural areas and other parts of the city — with line 95 being especially useful for Valencia's main tourist attractions.

🚇 Metrovalencia
About a 10-minute walk away is the *Nou d'Octubre station, with *lines 3 and 5, which take you quickly to other areas of the city, to the beach or towards the airport.

🚆 Train / Commuter Rail
Joaquín Sorolla station is also well connected from the area. From there you can take commuter trains to move around the city or reach nearby destinations outside Valencia.
