Parties are not allowed.
Respect the neighbours. Keep the volume at a tolerable level, both inside the house and in common areas. Rest hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Any undue noise level or intolerable behaviour towards any of our neighbours will be penalised and guests will be asked to leave the property without refund of the amount paid for the reservation or any financial compensation.
Check-in is at 4pm but we will try to adapt to you. Please let us know your arrival time so we can organise ourselves and have the apartment ready. Normally the check-out time is before 11am, unless you agree with me on another time.
Check-ins between 9pm and midnight have a 20 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-in from midnight to 9 am will incur a 40 euro surcharge, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the property.
Please do not forget to turn off the air conditioning / heating when you leave the house. Let's respect the environment!
Upon your departure, please return all the sets of keys delivered to us.
Any loss of a set of keys will incur a cost of 50 euros. Likewise, if you have to go to the house because some keys have been left inside, there will be an additional charge of 20 euros.
If after checking out, any personal items are left in the apartment, we will keep them for 48 hours and the guests will be responsible for shipping them. After 48 hours, the company will proceed to remove them.
Please take care of the house as if it were yours.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

Located in the Patraix neighbourhood, the apartment combines the calm of a local and safe area with excellent public transport connections. It is a perfect option for a couple's getaway, a work stay, a few days with family or a peaceful visit to Valencia.
The apartment has been renovated and equipped so you can feel at home from day one. It features a double bed, spacious sofa bed, equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, air conditioning, heating and independent entrance.
A comfortable, practical and well-located base for resting, disconnecting and moving easily around the city.
THE SPACE
The apartment is designed to offer a comfortable, functional and relaxed stay.
It features a rest area with a double bed and new mattress, ideal for recovering energy after a day exploring Valencia. It also has a spacious sofa bed, which allows comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people.

The location of the apartment allows you to move easily around Valencia.
Patraix metro station is very close to the apartment, which facilitates connection with the city centre, other areas of the city and key points in Valencia.
There are also several bus stops in the surrounding area, so you will be able to get around comfortably without needing a car.
Valencia Joaquín Sorolla station is a short distance away, which is very convenient if you arrive or leave the city by train.

Sobre el apartamento solo decir que eche en falta algo más de limpieza, pero el apartamento es agradable, tiene un aire acondicionado que refresca todo el apartamento, la situación es buena o mala dependiendo de a dónde vayamos, está cerca del palacio de los congresos o a las cortes valencianas, pero si quieres ir a la.playa, tienes un buen viaje, aunque también es cierto que está bien comunicado, por detrás pasa el tranvía que te conecta con la.mayor.parye de la ciudad.
